VolunteerPHB

We have two Volunteer opportunities - one for local South African residents who want to assist with our regular Snare Sweeps and other animal-related rescues, and the other is for International Volunteers looking to visit South Africa and volunteer for an Ethical, Structured Project that makes a real difference.

Our International Volunteering Project is operated in conjunction with the Not For Profit company "Animal Relief for Rural Communities" (ARRC), and the project and living quarters are based out of Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa.

VolunteerPHB is a combination of work involving PNHF's focus on local wildlife conservation, through snare sweeps in local reserves and wildlife rescue and relocation, and ARRC's focuses on community outreach with dogs and donkeys and education of children in rural communities about animal welfare and wildlife.

Working together we feel as though we can make a real difference to the wildlife, animals and environment we are surrounded by.

Our International Volunteer Program gives you an insight into African wildlife and a hands on experience that you will never forget.

When volunteering for VolunteerPHB, you will live in our beautiful accomodation set within a Wildlife Reserve, and have all of your meals prepared for you - it's basically a holiday away with a bit of work (if you want to call it that) thrown in!

If you would like to find out more about Volunteering with PNHB and ARRC, please enter your details on this page and a member of the team will be back in touch with you ASAP.
